Information about the FW 1.9.000 version:
- ELAN allows to record longer IR packets + accepts a pause in the middle of the protocol
- it should not affect existing RC-5 protocols, etc.
- IMPORTANT note: Due to a change in the memory structure (memory expansion for individual IR commands), the FW is not backward compatible with commands already stored up to version 1.8.003.
  It means that if the user has already stored some commands in ELAN, then after updating the SW to 1.9.xxx, the all saved commands will be deleted.
   It is therefore necessary to export all stored commands before the update, then perform the updates and re-import them.
